21 Day Fast Mass Building Review
Vince Delmonte, the author of the well known No Nonsense Muscle Building 2.0 program, and Lee Hayward, two well-known
fitness professionals, have released a new muscle building program that claims it
can help users gain pure muscle mass in just a 21 day interval (drug free). Based
on the test group feedback and their own results, Vince and Lee claim this program
can help users gain up to 20 lbs of muscle mass; I must admit this sounds unbelievable.
The basic idea behind the program is that muscle building process doesn’t
occur on a straight progressive linear process but rather in spurts. The most used
method to gain weight is to bulk up. Unfortunately this conventional method has
some disadvantages: it usually results in gaining excess fat, develops body insulin
resistance which affects the long term muscle building goals, converts testosterone
into estrogen, decreases the thyroid hormone production, etc.
The solution to bulking up the muscles not the waistline is to use the Anabolic
Amplifier Effect (also known as Rebound effect). What this means is basically alternate
two phases: a low-calorie phase and a high calorie one. So the program says to simply
follow the Primer Phase (or the low calorie diet phase) for a week time and the
Overload phase (or the high calorie diet phase) for the following 2 weeks The Primer
phase will give the digestive system a break, increase the insulin sensitivity,
and elevate hormones and enzymes so that the body becomes very efficient at storing
the food as lean muscle. On the Overload phase the anabolic hormone (IGF-1, Testosterone,
and Insulin) production will increase thus helping the body grow bigger and stronger.
In addition to cycling the nutritional programs, the workout routines are cycled
as well. One of the mistakes that most bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts often
make is not adapt their workouts to their nutrition diets.

*Usually Vince and Lee pack some extra bonuses with the default package. I got 3
surprise gifts when purchased the 21 Day Fast Mass Building package.
The Good (the pros):
- The science behind the program seems genuine and recommends it as a powerful muscle
building program (I found that professional bodybuilders like Dorian yates and Jay
Cutler are actually following a similar program – please check the News section
to read more about this)
- It only takes 21 days to see some results (while in the traditional programs I’ve
ever tested I needed at least a couple of months to see some small changes)
- The workouts and diets are easy to follow (and are explained in detail on all the
books and videos that come in the package)
- The results The results seem pretty awesome (Lee gained 23lbs while Vince gained
7.4lbs and lost 1lb of body fat). The test group results are also promising (please
read below some user reviews)
The Bad (the cons):
- The program might be pricy for some (UPDATE: I noticed that Vince and Lee have a
new offer allowing the users to buy the program in 2 payments: one when it’s
purchased and the other payment in 14 days if the user doesn’t cancel the
order)
- The results vary from person to person so you have to check for yourself how your
body will react to the program (for instance Lee gained 23 lbs while Vince gained
7.4 lbs)
Let me show you what some of the users that tested the program are saying:
"... after 1 week of cutting I began the second 2-weeks bulking phase and by the
end of the 21 days cycle I had packed on 10lbs of pure lean mass while still keeping
my abs" - Joey
“…after the 21 day cycle I gained 18 lbs and I feel great with the results.
My body feels bigger and stronger than ever before…” – Jon
“… after going through the whole rebound process I packed on 27 pounds.
Strength is through the roof and basically every exercise has gone way up. I love
it. I feel way better, more energy, and it’s like I always have a pump.”
– Brandon

Frequently asked questions:
Q: How many times can I use the 21-day cycle?
We would recommend doing low and high-calorie cycles, back to back, as long you
continue to gain new muscle with each cycle. Who are we to say what you can't, do
but like all programs, you’ll probably experience diminishing returns with
each 21-day cycle so keep that in mind. Vince gained 7.4 lbs in his first cycle
and then 3 lbs in his second cycle. Basically, whenever you want to dial in for
an intense 21-days – fire this baby up! For my people, it’s mind-boggling
to wrap their minds around an entire season of bulking followed by 12-weeks of cutting.
21-days is a period of time that anyone can put his or her mind to, which is why
we like shorter-burst style programs to complete.
Q: To whom do you recommend the Fast Mass Building Program?
This is the type of muscle-building program we would highly and strongly recommend
to drug free weight trainers who are trying to increase muscle mass without gaining
fat. In fact, you might even experience a loss of bodyfat while you gain muscle
mass and if you do – consider that a bonus! We do not recommend this program
for anyone who is currently obese. To be more specific, no body should start with
this program if they have more than 30 pounds of fat to lose.
Q: I’m a complete beginner and wondering if I should try this program?
Man up and stop wondering! Just start with the Fitness Model Physique program and
you’re good to go. Our belief is that the best program out there is the one
that you follow. As you print off the meal plans and follow the workouts as prescribed
you’re going to build some big muscle fast. My prediction is that you’ll
pack on 10 lbs. of quality mass in 21-days. As you can read from the testimonials
above, our Test Group consisted of many young guys who have less than one-year of
lifting experience; so you should give it a shot.
